4. Payment Terms

100% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order confirmation.
Orders will be processed only after payment is received.
Payments once confirmed are non-refundable.

Delivery is typically completed within 7 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment is received. Production and dispatch begin immediately after confirmation.

Due to the industrial nature of the product, returns are not accepted once dispatched, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
