At Jayalakshmi Mulch Film (Jayalakshmi Plastic Industries), we are committed to delivering high-quality agricultural mulching films. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Bulk Order Policy

For bulk orders (Minimum 100 Rolls):

• 100% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order confirmation.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
• Delivery will be completed within 7 working days.
• Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the amount is non-refundable.

Returns

Due to the industrial and bulk nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the material has been dispatched.

Returns may only be considered in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product delivered
• Damaged material during transit (with proof)

Any return request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo and video evidence.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed if:

• The issue is verified by our team
• The product has not been used
• The complaint is raised within the allowed time frame

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation and payment. Since production and dispatch are initiated immediately after confirmation, cancellations are not permitted.
